I’ve recently been experimenting with subliminal messages.

More specifically, subliminal videos.

I came across testimonials of Nelson Berry’s Intelligent Warrior Subliminal Videos on the web and try as I might, I couldn’t find anything bad said about them.

You know me, I thought I’d give it a try and report back (I’ve tried hypnotherapy previously, so thought I had nothing to lose).

I’ve been using the tapes now for just over 3 weeks and I have to say, they ARE having an effect on me. But the best part is that all I have to do is watch them for 20 minutes per day.

Unlike other subliminal programs I’ve come across, these flicker so quickly that you can’t really see them and certainly cannot read them. So my conscious mind cannot reject them.

I started researching how subliminals work and I’ll tell you more in future posts. I’m also planning a big bit of research of these videos which will mean a give away to subscribers.
