Have You Read Joe Vitale’s Zero Limits?

I have and it’s been a fascinating read over the Holidays.

It’s one of the latest books by Joe Vitale (from The Secret) and Dr Hew Len Ihaleakala, a Hawaiian psychologist.

It’s about a modern version of the ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice of Ho’opopono.

In my post ‘What the…?’ I set out some of the basics of the book and promised to let you have a bit more information and whether I thought it was any good or not.

Well I certainly enjoyed it (and I don’t always enjoy everything from Joe Vitale). It’s certainly a different read.

It’s not so much an instructional manual, it’s more of a personal journey for Joe as he learns Ho’oponopono from Dr Hew Len Ihaleakala. And he takes us along as he travels this part spiritual/part manifestation path and along the way, we get to learn a bit about Ho-oponopono.

I can’t say we learn a lot, because it is truly so simple that there isn’t actually a lot to learn.

The phrases….

I’m Sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank You.

I Love You.

…pretty much sum up the philosophy.

Basically, in order to get in touch with the Divine inside of you, you accept that any faults You see in others are for You to heal.

One of the primary ways to do this is to say the phrase above whilst thinking of or viewing the ‘problem’ in mind.

There is, of course a lot more to Ho’oponopono than this and I will explore a bit more about my thoughts on it in future posts.

But I encourage you to take a look at it. If you’re not looking for a step by step manual, it’s certainly worth exploring. And unlike many of the things around the Law of Attraction and Manifestation, it doesn’t focus on getting you material things.

It’s actually about achieving inner peace, so that the things that you want can arrive (if you still desire them).

If you have already read Zero Limits, drop me a line here sharing what you think of it.

Yours,

GK
